Terms of Business

All cards and gifts are individually made and so may appear slightly different to those shown on the website.

• Should you wish to order something specific and which is not shown on the website then please contact us as we can make a number of items tailored to your specific requirements.
• Cards are supplied with white envelopes and a poly bag.  
• Gin, Wine & Beer glasses are supplied in a gift box.
• Once we have received your order we will confirm receipt by e-mail. We will then require you to send payment (via PayPal ) for the total of your order. Upon receipt of the payment your order will be made.
• Please allow at least three weeks for your items to be made and dispatched to you.
• Postage and packing will charged at cost for UK mainland.
• All items will be sent by Royal Mail unless specifically requested otherwise.
• All items are covered by copyright.
• Cards and gifts may appear on the website unless you notify us otherwise. 
• We are GDPR compliant and we will only retain your personal details for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.
